Mokosh OPEN – 2-arm L connector | 3 mm steel
Join two timber members at a 90° corner with an open connector that leaves access from above.
Why choose OPEN
- Open design for inserting and positioning beams from above.
- Different beam heights can be used when the width matches and the joint configuration is suitable.
- 200 mm arms with pre-formed fixing holes.
3 mm steel: 50% thicker sheet than 2 mm steel. The capacity of the complete joint also depends on its geometry, fasteners and timber.

Choose the correct size
Measure the actual finished timber width, including any coating. Choose the matching variant and check the internal opening in the technical drawing. OPEN allows flexibility in beam height, but is not universal in width. For taller beams, check the fixing positions and fasteners for the project.

Before installation
Select timber sections, bracing, screws and anchoring for the complete frame and site loads. Steel thickness alone does not determine the load capacity of the finished pergola.

¿Con qué tamaños de madera son compatibles?
Cada conector está hecho para un tamaño específico de viga, indicado claramente en la descripción del producto — por ejemplo, 102 × 102 mm.
¿Puedo montar la pérgola yo mismo?
Sí, el sistema está diseñado para una instalación DIY sencilla. Para estructuras más grandes, recomendamos trabajar entre dos personas.
¿Qué herramientas necesito para la instalación?
Son suficientes herramientas básicas: taladro, destornillador, nivel, cinta métrica y tornillos o anclajes adecuados.
¿Son resistentes al óxido?
Sí, los conectores están protegidos con imprimación y acabado de pintura en polvo. Si la superficie se raya, recomendamos retocar la zona afectada lo antes posible.
¿Puedo pedir conectores a medida?
